Ø Able to determine the relative level, importance, complexity, and value of each job that would lead to compare each job to other jobs.

Ø Capable to make a job analysis that in conjunction with work analysis helps to develop a job description that is broad, descriptive, and flexible so that we could adapt the description changing needs.

Ø Able to assess employee contribution to establish & qualify differences in employee contribution across jobs.

Ø Provide a foundation for employee compensation decision for retention.

Ø Develop job description to the Company, area of responsibility, necessary skills and experience required, etc.

Ø Develop and modify the organizational structures & engineering as required.

Ø Strong in business acumen
