Part 1 Summer Vacation 2010 - Pangasinan

Part 1 Summer Vacation 2010 - Pangasinan

We went  to Lingayen Pangasinan to buy some Bagoong Isda (fish paste) and bagoong alamang (shrimp paste). Bagoong Pangasinan is very popular because of its qualities and taste. Even the Patis (fish sauce).
Want to know how to make bagoong Pangasinan?

I was curious! Even these bagoong are exposed I don't see any fly around them.

Fish paste, padas, fish sauce and fine salt.

Tatay looking for his favorite appetizers.

Kuya Bryan, Jay-eM, Angel, Niel, Crystal and Keiko. At the back ground is the Lingayen Church.
