Kapsa (Chicken with Rice) - MYM


Kapsa or chicken with rice is one of the most popular and traditional food here in Saudi Arabia. It is full of spices such as: Cinnamon stick, dried black lemon and more. If you want to know the Kapsa Recipe, just check out from recipe database 

It is best partner with vegetable salad siding and some twist of lemon.


This is how Kapsa eat... What I mean is, this is the way we eat here in Saudi or Middle east.  The basmate rice and chicken is place on a huge plate.

    Hi Jes, wow, mahal ng basmati Rice dito sa pinas.. tonner nalang... so ganyan talaga yan kainin dapat walang mesa... hahah..

    Kung tawagin naman namin yan ay Dancing Chicken dahil iniikot ito sa apoy na para nga namang nagsasayaw.

    Masarap nga yan at medyo nami-miss ko na ngang kainin yan. Maging yung anak kong si Ize ay paborito yan. Parang gusto ko tuloy bumili mamaya.
