(40): Electrical QA Engineers & Inspectors Hold National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) certification and any other related certification. Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of the National Electrical Code / NFPA 70, I.EC ANSI, NEMA or equivalent standards. Have a thorough knowledge of all types of electrical installations including materials, methods, specifications, packaged units and hazardous location identification for the oil and gas or petrochemical industries. Have documented experience in the field of Cathodic Protection and be able to demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of international codes and standards, NACE or equivalent and be able to inspect CP systems and its related components namely rectifiers, anode beds, cable installations and be able to interpret survey reports. Inspectors shall demonstrate the ability to read engineering drawings, trouble shoot problems and review design packages to meet all relevant engineering requirements
Electrical Quality Advisor
BS in Electrical, Electronic or Control System Engineering. Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of micro processor based distributed control systems, Refinery/Petrochemical Instrumentation, Power Distribution System, motor control equipment. Experience with hazardous area classifications would be advantageous. Practical experience with Oil Refinery/Petrochemicals Plants, with full competencies in Design Engineering, Cost Estimating, Project Scheduling, Construction Supervision, and Project Management. Previous Experience Required: More than ten (10) years of related industry experience, including minimum five (5) years experience in a Refinery/ Petrochemical Industry.
Mechanical QA Engineers & Inspectors
B.S. degree in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering with 7 years minimum in the refining or similar process industry of direct inspection experience The incumbent: Holds an API 510, API570, AWS, Coating, NDT or any other certificates related to Inspection. Has strong knowledge of international codes/standards applicable to inspection (ASTM, API, ASME, TEMA, NACE, ANSI , etc,). Has thorough knowledge of various forms of corrosion and their identification along with monitoring and mitigation methods. Have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Senior Plumbing / HVAC Inspector B.E (Mech) or Diploma (Mech) with min 7 years experience as QA PLUMBING/HVAC INSPECTOR with large oil refinery / petrochemical plants.
Quality Advisor - Civil Engineer
a) BS degree in Civil Engineering plus nine (9) years in industrial or construction experience, at least, three (5) years of which in the Inspection field.
b) Thorough knowledge at his discipline’s applicable international standards.
c) Demonstrate strong knowledge in ISO quality systems; and must hold at least one QMS Certification.
d) Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English fluently.
e) Good health and in excellent physical condition.
f) Able to drive and must possess a valid driver’s license.
g) Excellent in computer usage of standard PC workstation and in Office basic software applications.
Senior Civil Inspector
a)
BS degree in Civil Engineering plus three (5) years Industrial Inspection Experience or construction experience
b) OR Two (2) years industrial/technical College Diploma plus eighteen (18) years industrial inspection construction work experience. OR Secondary High School (Science major) twenty four (25) years industrial inspection construction work Experience.
c) Working knowledge at his discipline’s applicable international standards.
d) Possess good command on the English language (spoken and written).
e) Good health and in excellent physical condition.

Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years diploma in Instrument Engineering or eight (8) years Diploma Instrument Technician. Six (6) years experience in Instrument maintenance in oil and gas industries of which three (3) years in a similar position.
Metal Workshop Supervisor
Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Eight (8) years experience in Refinery Metal Workshop of which at least four (4) years in a similar position.
Area Rotating Equipment Mechanical Supervisor
Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years diploma in Mechanical Engineering or eight (8) years Diploma Mechanical Technician. Six (6) years experience in refinery mechanical maintenance in oil and gas industries of which at least three (3) years in a similar position.
Area Electrical Supervisor Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years diploma in Electrical Engineering or eight (8) years Diploma Electrical Technician. Six (6) years experience in electrical maintenance in oil and gas industries of which at least three (3) years in a similar position.
Area Supervisor Electrical/Instrumentation Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years diploma in Electrical/Instrument Engineering or eight (8) years Diploma Electrical/Instrument Technician. Six (6) years experience in electrical/instrument maintenance in oil and gas industries of which at least three (3) years in a similar position.
Instrumentation Supervisor Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years diploma in Instrument Engineering or eight (8) years Diploma Instrument Technician. Eight (8) years experience in refinery instruments meaintenance workshop of which at least four (4) years in a similar position.
Electrical & HVAC Supervisor Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Eight (8) years experience in refinery electrical maintenance workshop and operation and maintenance HVAC system, of which at least four (4) years in a similar position.
Workshop Rotating Equipment Supervisor Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Eight (8) years experience in refinery rotating equipment maintenance workshop, of which at least four (4) years in a similar position.
Area Mechanical Static Supervisor Minimum qualifications: Three (3) years diploma in Mechanical Engineering or eight (8) years Diploma Mechanical Technician. Six (6) years experience in refinery static mechanical maintenance in oil and gas industries of which at least three (3) years in a similar position.
Senior Instrumentation Specialist Minimum qualifications: BS Degree in Electrical or equivalent. Ten (10) years experience in instrumentation in oil and gas industries. OJT Training Coordinator Minimum qualifications: Complete 2 years ITC (Operation Program) or equivalent. Minimum 5 years working in Operational field at a refinery. Speaks and write good English. At least two (2) years experience in Saudi Arabia training institution. Part of the job is to liaise with local Saudi athorities in case of legal or community concerns; has an administration skills and ability to deal with young apprentices.
Contract Expert Minimum qualifications: BS Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
