Classes is suspended in Colleges and Universities in Quezon City on Monday July 25, declared by the Commission on Higher Education. This is to give way to the 2nd SONA ( Stae of The Nation Address) of President Benigno Aquino III. Classes in elementary and high school in Quezon City is also suspended.
