MANILA, Philippines - Actor Epi Quizon said his father, King of Comedy Dolphy, remains hospitalized but is already recovering.
"He is getting better every day," Quizon said in an interview on ABS-CBN morning show "Kris TV" on Wednesday.
"He's on his fourth week, actually. Apparently, he's about to be released the first week. What happened was nagkaroon ng blood transfusion, parang di in-accept ng body niya 'yung blood so nag-react."
