MANILA, Philippines – Boxing legend Oscar de la Hoya believes Juan Manuel Marquez will have a hard time against Manny Pacquaao, saying that the Filipino champion’s boxing skills are now in a whole different level now.
De la Hoya, who visited Pacquiao at the Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles, California, said the Filipino boxing superstar has fought quality opponents.
"It's a whole different level because Manny's been beating guys who are maybe superstars. Guys like [Miguel] Cotto, guys like myself, guys like [Shane] Mosley,” said De la Hoya."
