MANILA, Philippines (1st UPDATE) - The man who allegedly killed Ricky Pempengco, the father of international singing sensation Charice, surrendered Thursday to police.
Angel Capili Jr. is now under police custody and is onboard a convoy of 5 vehicles heading for Camp Crame, according to a report from radio dzMM correspondent Arnell Ozaeta.
Laguna Governor ER Ejercito also told dzMM that his vehicle is part of the convoy carrying the suspect."
