How to Deal With a Partner After They Cheated on You

By []Francis K Githinji

They broke the rules and they cheated on you. You still love them but you are finding it a little hard to forgive them and let them back in your life. Breaking up with them is not an option either, you have been together for a long time and this is the first time it has happened. They have apologized a million times but you still feel like that is not enough. Just because they cheated it does not mean they stopped loving you, they just slipped and they have promised never to do it again. Here are a few things to help you deal with your relationship after being cheated upon.

Forgive them. It is easy to say this but it can be really hard when it comes to doing it. Forgive them, that is all they are asking you. You might never forget they cheated on you but that is not what they are asking you to do. They are just asking you to find it in your heart to forgive the act and go back to normal. Normal might be a little hard to achieve the first few months after a partner has cheated but trust that you will be okay and that with time the pain will disappear and in its place the love you had for them will come back.

Learn to trust them again. Just because they cheated on you it doesn't mean they will cheat again. Do not push them further away by reminding them all the time that they cheated and you are not about to trust them again. what would you be doing with them if you can not trust them again. Trust can be a hard thing to gain after loosing it but with time and continuous effort on your side you can learn to trust your partner again. Avoid asking your partner every time they go out if they are going to meet with the other person. Life should go back to how it used to be and if they used to go out alone once in a while trust them enough to let them go. If they really love you, they will never do anything to make you loose trust in them again.

Do not deal with it alone. Get your trusted friends and family members to help you deal with it. A problem shared is a problem solved and if you share it with family and friends the pain wont be too much to bear. You will know how to deal with it. They will also try to make you feel better. You will also have someone on your side that will support you with whatever you decide on doing. Talk about it, you can also visit a counselor if you feel you can not open up to your friends or family. Sometimes talking to someone who doesn't know us is easier especially if its something you wouldn't want anyone you know to know about it because you consider it embarrassing. Something like someone cheated on you.

Strengthening Your Marriage and Living Happily Ever After

Strengthening Your Marriage and Living Happily Ever After

By []Domingo Reyes

Marriage is a give-and-take relationship, as the cliché goes and it is as a matter of fact true. It may sound as simple as these three words for singles out there who are on the way down the isle but they actually mean big responsibilities. In fact, good communications, better relationship, especially financial are the major recipes for a happy marriage.

Moments are expensive. It is not enough that you and your better half share time together. Sometimes, it is not worth it at all if you are physically present but your mind and emotions are somewhere. Turning each minute of togetherness into expensive, unforgettable moments is another thing that definitely works to the maximum.

Be Open To Each Other Good communications and openness is the key to a happy marriage. This is where trust and loyalty starts. When a husband and wife let each other know about how they feel at the moment - jealousy, anger, irritation, sadness - each is allowed to learn about their differences and similarities and make adjustments.

Being open to each other does not mean though that they must know every bit of information about each other. The element of mystery still works effectively to keep each other from being bored. Openness involves transparency of emotions so that they can settle whatever misunderstanding they have, they can share happy moments together and learn how to make each party happy. This strengthens the relationship.
Anything can be settled with a quality heart-to-heart talk. It is not advisable for a married couple to sleep on their misunderstandings. Some believe that letting thing cool down is much better than pushing things. This is actually not effective for the most part. Oftentimes, letting things cool down is actually letting the holes grow bigger, while talking things over before the day ends is like patching up the crack. One of them surely will not be able to sleep better and wake up better when they have a hanging discussion to finish. A couple can better understand each other and can pinpoint the problem immediately if they are able to talk about it at once, thus resolving it and having a good night's sleep.

Strong Financial Bond One of the most common issues a married couple often has to discuss over is finances. It is not that easy to put all the financial responsibilities in perfect place. Often, it becomes the root of all disputes. It happens especially if a couple can no longer cope up with money matters, when one has become unable, or when they have too many expenses to settle yet have too little to draw.

This is actually the first thing that a couple needs to organize since they have a family and a household to run. They should both be willing to make an effort to keep their financial relationship intact.
A couple may open a joint bank account or debit card (online and offline) aside from a separate bank account to keep track of how much they make as a pair and individually. This is to allow financial dependence and independence at the same. Both should have room for financial growth without competing with each other.
What if there was a legal, moral, ethical way you could pay off your 15 to 30 year mortgage in 5 year or less without using your own money to accelerate the loan payoff?

How to Deal With Anger

How to Deal With Anger - Here Are 4 Quick Tips

By []Quincy Barrett

You're not just disappointed, you're angry. Angry because getting home in rush hour traffic took longer than usual. Angry because people are driving too slow and you're trying to hurry home.

Angry because one of your children spilled juice on the carpet that you just had professionally steam cleaned two weeks ago. Angry because you got passed over for that promotion that you thought was in the bag for you.

Anger is a very powerful feeling. Just the emotion on a person's face when they're in that frame of mind can scare someone. If you don't learn how to deal with anger properly, it can take its toll on your health, relationships, employment and anything else that is affected by it.

There are different ways that this potentially explosive emotion can be channeled into something positive:

* Being calm and stabilized -- When your emotions start to rise up, you need to bring them down immediately. Being calm and stabilizing your emotions can help clear your head.

You can do that by listening to some soft music, such as jazz. Or find something to do that doesn't involve a lot of noise, such as reading a book or a magazine. Also, doing mediation or yoga can help you calm your mind.

* Being active -- Incorporating some type of physical activity, whether it's exercise or just moving around, can help relieve the steam that is built up inside of you. Getting worked up does nothing for you but initiate health problems, such as high blood pressure.

Exercising can help you to release the stress and frustration you'll feeling. This is usually where the fruit of anger begins. Getting involved in swimming, running or walking can set you back on the path of good health.

* Step Away -- If you are involved in a confrontation with someone, it's easy to get agitated and stirred up. In this case, learning how to deal with anger means to step away from the situation.

Staying in it or around it does nothing but make matters worse, including inflaming your anger even more. In this case, you can also engage in physical activity (see the previous tip) or count to 10 backwards and release it.

* Laughing -- This is definitely a good way to release your anger. Think of something that happened that's amusing. Or find a comedy show or movie to watch. Comedy can be funny and you get to laugh right along with it. If you like jokes, get a joke book and read from it.
These are just a few of the solutions you can use in learning how to deal with your anger. People won't be afraid to come around you. You won't have to concern yourself with always being out of work because you can't control your emotions.

If you deal with it now, you can have a happy and healthy life for years to come.

Louise Redden, a poorly dressed lady with a look of defeat on her face, walked into a grocery store.
She approached the owner of the store in a most humble manner and asked if he would let her charge a few groceries. She softly explained that her husband was very ill and unable to work, they had seven children and they needed food.John Longhouse, the grocer, scoffed at her and requested that she leave his store at once.

Visualizing the family needs, she said: 'Please, sir! I will bring you the money just assoon as I can.'John told her he could not give her credit, since she did not have a charge account at his store. Standing beside the counter was a customer who overheard the conversation between the two. The customer walked forward and told the grocer that he would stand good for whatever she needed for her family. The grocer said in a very reluctant voice, 'Do you have a grocery list?' Louise replied, 'Yes sir.' 'O.K' he said, 'put your grocery list on the scales and whatever your grocery list weighs, I will give you that amount in groceries.'Louise, hesitated a moment with a bowed head, then she reached into her purse and took out a piece of paper and scribbled something on it. She then laid the piece of paper on the scale carefully with her head still bowed. The eyes of the grocer and the customer showed amazement when the scales went down and stayed down. The grocer, staring at the scales, turned slowly to the customer and said begrudgingly, 'I can't believe it.' The customer smiled and the grocer started putting the groceries on the other side of the scales.

The scale did not balance so he continued to put more and more groceries on them until the scales would hold no more. The grocer stood there in utter disgust. Finally, he grabbed the piece of paper from the scales and looked at it with greater amazement. It was not a grocery list, it was a prayer, which said:'Dear Lord, you know my needs and I am leaving this in your hands.' The grocer gave her the groceries that he had gathered and stood in stunned silence.Louise thanked him and left the store. The other customer handed a fifty-dollar bill to the grocer and said; 'It was worth every penny of it. Only God Knows how much a prayer weighs.'THE POWER OF PRAYER: When you receive this, say a prayer. That's all you have to do. Just stop right now, and say a prayer of thanks for your own good fortune. So dear heart, trust God to heal the sick, provide food for the hungry, clothes and shelter for those that don't have as we do.

Amen & AmenDon't break this, please!Prayer is one of the best free gifts we receive. There is no cost but a lot of rewards.May you always walk with Angels God Bless!
