MANILA, Philippines - Starting today (October 24), motorcycle drivers will be fined if they stray outside the designated "blue lane" along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City and Macapagal Boulevard in Pasay City.
Atty. Francis Tolentino, chairman of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), said the agency bedieves the one week dry-run last week was more than enough to educate the motorcycle riders."

Ito na ang simula ng experimental lanes. I hope na mabago ng Q.C. ang ordinansa na ilagay sa gilid or inner most ng ang mga lansangan. Ingat na lang po sa ating mga motorcycde drivers.
