The regular EOW will cater to the following consular services:

Passport renewal;
New passport for newborn babies;
Passport releasing;
Lost passport application;
Notarial and authentication services; and
Report of Birth registration.
Passport applicants will have to obtain an online appointment through the Philippine Embassy website http://www.philembassy-riyadh.org.  The online system will enable an applicant to choose his/ her preferred date and time of appointment for ePassport renewal.

An applicant should have a valid e-mail address to enable the automatic sending of the appointment confirmation. Applicants are also advised to refrain from making multiple bookings so as not to deprive other applicants from securing their own appointments.

Online appointments for a particular EOW will be opened 2 months before its scheduled conduct.

REPOST - APPLYING FOR PHIL PASSPORT? GO TO MALL
 GMA News Online | The Go-To Site for Filipinos Everywhere: "

Applying for a passport in PHL? Go to the mall
Applying for a passport in the Philippines? No problem, go to the shopping mall. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Thursday said one of the agency's programs to improve the country's passport processing system includes setting up consular offices in shopping malls nationwide. This will help applicants avoid long queues at the DFA main office in Pasay City, Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario during the 114th founding anniversary of the DFA. He said the DFA Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) is drafting a new set of guidelines to make the passport application process simpler and easier. One of the targets of the guidelines was the opening of the first 13 consular offices in Metro Manila and other key cities before the end of the year. The ongoing transfer of DFA consular offices to shopping malls nationwide is under Public-Private Partnership arrangements. The DFA recently entered into memoranda of agreement with private firms operating a chain of malls nationwide, including SM Prime Holdings, Ayala Land, Robinsons Land Corporation and Pacific Mall Corporation." List of appointments for Embassy on Wheels in Al-Khobar on 27-28 January 2011
As of 19 January 2011

For those who could not be accommodated and their passports have already expired or will expire in the following month, they are advised to request for passport extension (SR80).

With only two encoders, the EOW will accept 300 applicants. We hope two additional machines will be operational in time for the EOW to allow the team to accept another 300 applicants [slots 301-600]. The additional machines recently received from another Embassy are still being configured, and another advisory will be posted on the website and disseminated to the public to confirm if the EOW could accept the additional 300 applicants.

If 300 applicants will be accepted, the first 200 are advised to come on Thursday 27 January 2011, and the other 100 on Friday 28 January 2011.

If 600 applicants will be accepted, the first 400 are advised to come on Thursday 27 January 2011, and the other 200 on Friday 28 January 2011. If the additional machines are not ready in time, the Embassy will schedule an extra EOW to accommodate the slots 301-600 or more.

In case of 2 additional encoders if laptop machines are operational in time for EOW on 27-28 January 2011, EOW will also accept applicants 301-600

Those not on this list will be automatically scheduled for the EOW in February 2011. 1-300 slots with guaranteed appointments (if two encoders only)
