"Kapuso star and Asia’s ‘Songbird’ Regine Velasquez gave birth to a baby boy Tuesday evening, her husband Ogie Alcasid announced via his Twitter account.
Alcasid said in a tweet that their son, whom they have named Nathaniel James, was born 7:47 p.m. He also expressed his thanks to all for their prayers.
The couple had expected the due date to fall on or about November 22 yet.
They settled on the baby's name last month but got to thinking about it first last July.
